The George E. Brown, Jr. Network for Earthquake Engineering Simulation (NEES), administered by NEEScomm, focuses on reducing earthquake hazard. Key to this effort is the NEEShub website, which enables the scientific community to share resources and collaborate.
NEEScomm is looking for people to take part in a usability study of NEEShub, to help us identify improvements to the website. The study will take place with you at your own computer speaking on the phone with a researcher. You will be asked to do some tasks on the website and to answer some questions.
Sessions are 1 hour long and will take place January 23-27. If you complete a session, you will receive a $20 Amazon.com gift certificate to thank you for your time and input.

NEEScomm is being assisted by TecEd (www.teced.com), an independent research firm, to ensure unbiased facilitation and objective data collection. If you meet the study criteria, TecEd will contact you to schedule a research session.
