Dr. Venkatesh Kodur is a professor in the department of Civil & Environmental Engineering and also serves as Director of the Center on Structural Fire Safety and Diagnostics at the Michigan State University (MSU). Before moving to MSU, he worked as a senior Research Officer at the National Research Council of Canada (NRCC), where he carried out research in structural fire safety field.
