Earthquake Engineering Research Institute (EERI) will be publishing a special issue of its journal Earthquake Spectra (EQS) about PEER’s NGA-West2 project. The print version of the special issue of EQS will be published in August 2014. However, as a new part of its publishing process, EERI now releases electronic pre-prints of EQS papers for download before final formatting and print publication is completed.
