PEER 2010 Intern Ray Hooft wins EERI Undergraduate Student Paper Competition

Ray Hooft, a 2010 PEER Summer Intern funded by the NEES REU Program and hosted at UC Berkeley, won EERI’s Annual Student Paper Competition in the Undergraduate Category for 2011. Hooft’s winning paper was his final research paper from the internship that summarized his summer research project findings. This award came with free travel to the 2011 EERI Annual Meeting in San Diego. Congratulations Ray!
