Over 60 structural and geotechnical engineers attended the joint PEER & SEAOSC Seminar about “Performance-Based Earthquake Engineering and Its Applications to Tall Building Design.” The Long Beach venue was full on Saturday September 10th as five PEER Researchers described the newly released Guidelines for Performance-Based Seismic Design of Tall Buildings.
