PEER Annual Meeting 2020 Speaker Bio: Professor, OSU. Prof. Scott is the Glenn Willis Holcomb Professor of Structural Engineering at Oregon State University. He is one of the lead developers of the OpenSees finite element software framework. Prof. Scott's research group has extended OpenSees for simulating fluid-structure interaction and developed a Python interpreter for model building and analysis in OpenSees.
