PEER has just published Report No. 2012/02 titled “Seismic Performance of Reinforced Concrete Bridges Allowed to Uplift during Multi-Directional Excitation” as a new addition to the PEER Report Series. It was authored by Andres Oscar Espinoza and Stephen A. Mahin of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering University of California, Berkeley. The research and report were sponsored by PEER’s Transportation Systems Research Program.
