PEER has just published Report No. 2012/03 titled “Experimental and Analytical Studies on Reinforced Concrete Buildings with Seismically Vulnerable Beam-Column Joints” as a new addition to the PEER Report Series. It was authored by Sangjoon Park and Khalid M. Mosalam of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering University of California, Berkeley. The research and report were sponsored by the NEES Grand Challenge titled “Mitigation of Collapse Risk in Older Concrete Buildings.”
