PEER has just published Report No. 2012/101 titled “Mechanics of Fiber Reinforced Bearings” as a new addition to the PEER Report Series. It was authored by James M. Kelly of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley and Andrea Calabrese of the Department of Structural Engineering at the University of Naples Federico II.
